Following are a few 'of the artwork try outs for a potential client. There was no client brief so these were a shot in the dark.

Their colours seemed to be black, white and blue and they wanted to keep the colourisation.

All of these plus another 100 or so were not accepted - the nearest we got was the final one in this lisiting.

Playing with a clients image. All we knew was black, white and blue (but black was later rejected, and so too was the blue for a while).

It isn't always what we like which counts - the client is king regardless of their tastes - so we try a number of approaches.

Based on a clients response we would then 'work in a given direction'. Ultimately, none of these examples were acceptable.

There were more, but finally: This really rough idea (it was intended as a 'throw way') presented in 'desperation' received more response than the others. So, with hope in our hearts we then went on to produce another 50 to 100 along these lines but none seemed to be acceptable. Obviously we couldn't get to the heart of this clients requirements so reluctantly we gave up.
