A story board mixture of ideas

The idea of the storyboard was to present a number of visual styles within one page to try to gleam the clients likes and dislikes.

Their service cut across numerious age groups and demographics so the idea was to try to conjure up several styles and to see what sort of ideas stuck.

At the time of writing they have a single page with one image at the top and the rest is centered text without headings or 'eye pauses' so there wasnt a lot to work with!

As stated the objective was to show the possibilities of different approaches. For example, on my version the text is displayed in a more readable style with bullet points clearly and simply defining the service they provide. I also rewrote some of their copy in an attempt to make it visually more easy to pick out salient points.

To be fair to the site owners were happy with their existing page, there is no accounting for taste. I can't show how bad it was because they have requested that I do not feature them, in fact they were quiet rude in the manner of their request and it was totally unnecessary.

Anyway, I have posted the various ideas all on one page here, warts and all, as an example. AS a viwer you are free to hate it or to like aspects of it, that is what storyboarding a site design is all about.
